8:20 Kempton: Dromore 2pts win 6/1 William Hill Dromore lines up here on the back of a solid effort last time out. He was giving weight to Artic Cosmos who went on to finish second to Monterosso in a Group 2 at Royal Ascot. Every chance that Dromore could still improve a little more and with Andrew Balding's string going well, Dromore looks worth an interest.

Re: Kempton - 7th July (Eve) With you on this Steve :ok 20:20 Kempton Dromore drops to an easier looking race and can go very close for the in-form Andrew Balding yard. As a 2yo, ran green in his first start before making good late headway, and followed up that maiden run with a win in his second start in an Auction Maiden. That was a battling success, but his next two runs in nursery company were not so competent, finishing ninth on both occasions. Looked like a step up in trip was needed and that exactly what he got on seasonal reappearance. Ran well over a furlong shorter here to take a classified race, off 5lbs lower. Raised 3lbs for that success and over CD went very close, an effort if replicated would lead to a similar result at least... Ran into some very good horses LTO and as long as there is no surprise packages, can go very close today. 1pt EW @ 6/1 William Hill And also... 19:50 Coda Agency won off 1lb lower than running at today over CD in May, and although that was a race in which he made all and got all his own way, he is more versatile than that performance hinted at and he can do well tonight. Poor on his last start over this trip but often runs a bad race, followed by a competent one and I will ignore that start. Callan takes the ride, and the stats of his rides with the Abruthnot yard are 5 wins from 12 runners in the past five seasons, and on this horse alone... Callan has won 4 out of his 7 rides.
