blackcrow
Crusaders -4.5 @ 4.00 centrebet Bulls won the previous clash played recently 40-35 where the Crusaders were unlucky as they were the better side and got caned in the penalties. Their movement of the ball was very good and it caught the stronger but slower Bulls forwards out. Look to them to employ the same game plan here where they will shift the ball around and tire these forwards out. This game is being played in Soweto and not at Loftus which takes away some of the home ground advantage. The Crusaders have a very good record against the Bulls having won 11 of the 16 clashes so far, and they have an inspirational captain in McCaw who just does not know how to give up. Carter too is hitting form and think they will have a bit too much for the Bulls, as the Crusaders run them raggard Waratahs -4.5 @ 5.00 centrebet Waratahs are peaking at the right time of the season and there was much to like about their two very good wins over the Chiefs and the Hurricanes. Their backs like Mitchell, Turner and Beale have been playing very well and even though they are up against the likes of Habana who torched them earlier in the season. Expect the Waratahs to have learnt much from that and they have been much more solid in defence since then while their attack is creating openings and scoring tries. Also like the work of Waugh at the breakdown in recent weeks and he will be a key again, while the scrumagging has been good and will need to be up against the Stormers pack who are very solid in the scrum. Like the Waratahs to edge this as they are not given a good chance of winning this. Yet their recent form says they have a fair chance of winning this if they keep their composure. blackcrow
Re: Super 14 Semi finals Crusaders -4.5 :@ Waratahs -4.5 :@ Both home teams were too good on the day. Crusaders and Waratahs dropped too many balls in good positions while the defence of the Bulls and Stormers was very good
