Re: LOTD - Sat 22/05 3.45 Curragh I feel the english raiders hold a strong hand in this race, Canford Cliffs does have to prove he can stay a truely run mile but all the vibes are positive, Xtension looks a real miler with a smart turn of foot and will actually apreciate a strong gallop which he didnt get at newmarket but still ran well to finish 4th. Oasis Dancer could be a dark horse have caused an upset in Timeform Million and then proved he can cope with this level when romping home in a competitive handicap at newmarket on guineas day. This all steers me away from Steinbeck who looks Obriens first string with Murtagh on board but he could only manage 4th in Dewhurst when Xtension finished 3rd and Fencing Master 2nd. Not only that Obriens form still isnt what it could/should be with the sort of horses he has! 1pt lay Steinbeck
