Brumbies @ 2.88 centrebet Both teams are playing for top 4 spots and like the Brumbies to win this. Crusaders are comng back from South Africa where they failed to beat the Stormers and Bulls. Both games were very physical and one wonders how much energy they have left given the short turnaround and the long flight home. Carter and McCall are their two main players, and while they have a solid forward pack, can they stand up to another good side 3 weeks in a row? Doubt it. The Brumbies are hitting form at the right time and the spark that Giteau has been providing has been valuable. Their own forward pack is full of Wallabies and believe that they will overcome their counterparts, enabling Giteau to lead his backs to out do Carter and his backs. While the Brumbies have not won in Christchurch since 2002, and have not fared well in their last 2 visits there, they are a team who is playing much better than the Crusaders and like the odds for them to edge this

Re: Super 14: Round 13 Waratahs -5.5 @ 2.16 centrebet Not only do both teams need to win here to get a top 4 spot but both teams are hard to predict which kind of team will play to their capabilities. As such both sides tend to be erratic but believe the form that the Waratahs showed last week to comprehensively beat the Chiefs is a much better guideline here than the Hurricanes who struggled in the first half with mistakes and poor decision making before asserting themselves in the second half and running away with it against the Reds. Not much separates the two sides here as both have good sets of forwards and some quick backs, but defensively, the Waratahs defend better as a unit and this will allow the to restrict the Hurricanes progress when they have the ball. On the other hand, the Hurricanes do tend to lapse in defence and if the Waratahs play with same intensity as they did last week, cannot see how the Hurricanes can hold them out.
