Event Kempton 17:40
Selection PHEROUSA (bog) (Each-Way)
Strength 5/10
Date 15/04/2010
Bookmaker/Price VCBet @ 6.50 (Back)
Reasoning Kempton 17:40 PHEROUSA Finished well on reappearance last time out. 3RD of 8 at Lingfield with PAPAGENO ahead by 1 3/4L. He could reverse form with that runner now that he's had a run. The favorite had failed to finish well at the C&D in the past. With the selection appearing in good heart he must be selected. Dane O'Neill is again booked like last time so we should see some improvement.

Event Kempton 18:10
Selection DROMORE (bog) (Each-Way)
Strength 5/10
Date 15/04/2010
Bookmaker/Price VCBet @ 7.00 (Back)
Reasoning Kempton 18:10 DROMORE Trainer A M Balding is on a good streak at the track. His last 6 have finished 112134 or 244112134 from his last 9. He has one entry for the day and sent to this track. DROMORE was well held in nurseries but showed promise early in career. Won maiden in his second start under the rider booked today David Probert. His form may look better if entered in handicaps. Abilities should be intact and Balding can get them ready for this place.

Selection CUPID'S GLORY
Strength 10/10
Date 15/04/2010
Bookmaker/Price Betfred @ 4.50 (Back)
Reasoning Kempton 18:40 CUPID'S GLORY We've seen his best this year when Liam Keniry was on board. They raced three times for a 2ND, 1ST, and 3RD. Keniry is booked today. They ran 2ND in a Lingfield Claimer, C&D Hc win, C&D Class 4 Hc 3RD. Beaten 6 3/4 lengths at the C&D lto but that was in a Class 4 Handicap. Without Keniry on board that day it's worth forgiving him.

Selection MIRROR LAD (Lay)
Strength 10/10
Date 15/04/2010
Bookmaker/Price Betfair @ 3.00 (Lay)
Reasoning Kempton 19:10 LAY: MIRROR LAD Only 10TH of 14 at Doncaster on debut last month. Trainer and jockey combo have a poor maiden record at the track. Just 1 win from 11 and only 4 was placed/won since 2006. Preference is for IVAN'S A STAR who showed promise on debut at the C&D. He also improved next time out when sent to Ffos Las. RUBY ALEXANDER may also get into this coming from R M Beckett. She's related to many decent sprinters, SAINTS BAY, BRANDYWELL BOY, and ARTISTIC LICENSE.
