chris34
6.45 Wolverhampton Extremely good handicap, Prime Defender finds himself on career low mark tackling handicaps again after a campaign in group and listed company and was second last time out at donny in listed event but a major concern is the form of the yard at the moment extremely disappointing. Five Star Junior is useful enough on his day but still remains 12lb higher than last win and maybe is stil held and although better effort last time out looks hard to fancy. Flipando is an interesting runner having ran away with a CD handicap on seasonal debut in Feb had no answer back over a 'more suitable' trip last time out but tackles this shorter trip again and 2lb down in the weights. Beat the bell won well last time out at lingfield up 5lb for that effort but has run well off higher marks than this in the past although never won off a mark this high. 0.5pt e/w beat the bell 0.25pt e/w flipando 1pt lay Prime Defender
Spooner
Re: Wolverhampton 9th April (AW) (eve) 18:45 - Crimson Fern @ 33/1 365 (bog, e/w) Good looking handicap race here and its hard to nail one of them, for that reason I'll take a pop on one of the outsiders Crismon Fern who has not been at her best in last few starts but she's always put in decent races. Cameback to the track on March 10th, after no run since June and probably needed the run, she'll be better for that. If you go through her form she has good form in parts, the 2nd of 16 at Bath in listed company looking smart. previous winner in handicap off a mark of 88, seeing her only 2lb higher here. A previous C&D winner so the track will suit, not without chances
