5.10 Leicester Not a race I wanna get to involved in simply because there are several unexposed potentially useful sorts in the race running on ground they are unproven on but Jordaura has to be of interest on the back of a comfy win in a competitive apprentice handicap at doncaster at backend of last season, up 5lb for that effort and still unexposed over 7f having had 2 starts over 7f second and the win last time out, has gone on soft ground untried on heavy ground but we shall see. 0.25pt e/w jordaura

Re: Leicester 8th April 15:25 Leicester Alrasm catches my eye here for the Jarvis yard after having 2 winners yesterday. This is his only entry for the day and also Richard Hills comes to the meeting for just the one ride. The horse was last seen at Doncaster in a nursery over the mile trip off a 3lb lower mark, finished 2nd that day when keeping on well so the step up in trip today looks sure to suit. Only race to date that he has won came at Doncaster over 6 furlongs in a maiden race but he has only had the 5 runs and has been gelded since his last race. 2pt win Alrasm @ 2/1 (Bet365 - BOG) 17:10 Leicester Lochan Mor faces a step up in trip today after running over 6furlongs in all his 7 races to date which have resulted in 1 win and 5 places. Ran creditable races off this mark of 79 on his last 2 outings in this grade and should be thereabouts today if the step up in trip suits. Progress can be expected since he is still lightly raced, has yet to tackle heavy going and his only unplaced effort to date was in Soft going but he did finish 4/10 which was respectable. The 3rd place Medicean Man from that race has progressed well since winning 3 races and is now rated 89. He was only 1 and a half lengths behind said horse. His last race on turf seems to be working out well too, he was 1 and a half lengths off winner Arthur's Edge that day who has since placed in Listed company off a mark of 85 and won a handicap off a mark of 93.
