2.40 Newcastle - Snap Decision - 0.1pt win @ 430 (Betfair) Somewhat of a wing and a prayer, granted, but reading the RP comments has persuaded me that this perhaps has a better chance than the odds I was able to get. When you look at the outsiders you expect to see "no ability so far", "beat 1 home in 3 races" etc etc, but Snap Decision has a comment "some ability, but also a few quirks during brief point career". Whilst that is far from saying this is going to be the new Arkle, the "some ability" and "quirky" comments, along with a 3-race point record containing a F and a U, has led me to risking a small amount of money at rewarding odds that connections have schooled him, ironed out the jumping problems, and he will consent to put his best foot forward this afternoon!
