Re: Rugby League: Super League XV - Round 1 & NR Cup Right... here's my thoughts Leeds v Castleford It's pretty clear that, on paper, Leeds have the squad to put a good score on any team this season. This match see's the return of Peacock and Webb to the side that eventually ran out confortable winners last friday in Wrexham. This is their first home game of the season, with new players Delaney and Eastwood making first competitive home debuts - something that is bound to get the home crowd going and get behind the Rhinos. Last season this fixture was a bit of a weird one with Leeds winning and scoring over 70 points - IT won't be the same this time, but the fact this is the Tiger's first game of the season and at a ground they historially don't have a lot of luck at, I just can't see them getting much on the board. Leeds have a formidable partnership on both wings - Hall and Senior was an absolute try machine last season and now Donald has Brett Delaney on his inside it looks impossible to see anything other than Rhinos scoring a few in this game. It is worth noting Cas ran Leeds close at their ground last year so it's by no means a foregone conclusion - however the conditions were torrential which didn't help and the fact Cas have looked below average in their pre season friendlies (losing to Huddersfield) means I can't recommend backing them for this game. My tips would be: Leeds (-18) @ 10/11 - (from SkyBet) S. Donald First Tryscorer (No odds available yet, usually 10/1) or B. Webb First Tryscorer (No odds available yet, usually 12/1) A. Lauititi Score anytime (No odds available yet, usually 5/2) Will update when odds become available :ok
