110 Southwell: Autumn Blades win (9/2 Bet365) I'm going again for Autumn Blades. Alan Bailey has his AW string in good form and runs AB again under a penalty, dropping him in trip on this more sapping surface. Biggest dangers come from Onceuponatime and Harlech castle (6lb penalty) who re-oppose each other over course and distance.

Re: BBOTD Thursday 7th January I'm going head to head with ya, with Xpres Mate. Although Autumn Blades is the top rated horse, Xpres has it beaten on TS and actually has the highest combined OR/TS, despite having dropped a rating point since LTO (23 days) when it finished 9th. Had a couple of 2nd places in the last 5 races, but is also a previous CD winner. EW @ sp, please
