Guest pompeybelle
Although its a few weeks away yet, have just had a few quid on John Daly at 100/1 with the Tote to win at Augusta this year. Daly won 3 tournaments on the bounce at the end of last year, albeit in Korea and a couple of Challenge events but he has carried that form into this season, winning the Buick a couple of weeks ago and a top 5 finish last week. Going well this week too, and the Augusta course suits his long game and his underrated short game. He's finished 2nd there in the past, had a couple top 15 finishes and if he keeps posting these sort of results come April he will probably go off at 33 or 40. Value to be had on the Wild Thing. You heard it here first :)
2damnhype
Re: US Masters Golf would be great if John won the Masters, and would be very interesting to see whose jacket they nicked for the presentation. :rollin
Guest peter orchard
Re: US Masters Golf Didn't know you were a golfer, PB. I look forward to your opinions on a pastime I know nothing at all about. :)
Guest pompeybelle
Re: US Masters Golf Aye, full of surprises me Fruit Trees :b Can't play of course. Silly game and I don't have the patience to take years perfecting it. Do enjoy watching though and (very very) occasionally picking a nice winner. Should mention Daly each way of course. Guest peter orchard
Re: US Masters Golf Yes, an extremely silly game. A grown man with an overgrown penis attempting to put his shot in the hole he was always denied as a child and could never attain as an adult....until he discovered golf. Find us some winners, eh? Guest pompeybelle
Re: US Masters Golf :lol Very Freudian. Would love to know your take on rugby then. Personally believe it to be latent homosexuality being rechanneled. Need to ask Gett1n to clarify, of course. ;)
Guest peter orchard
Re: US Masters Golf Rugby's all about a meeting of the hunter\gatherers amongst us, pompeybelle. How we share our tasks in trapping the beast that will keep us clothed and fed through the harsh winter. You want any more of this crap?
