I've never really used the tote but can somebody explain why Kazbow (16:45 Kemp) paid more for a place than the win? :unsure

Re: The Tote People probably thought it wasnt worth put money on place, also suspect there werent too many family type punters about today in that weather therefore tote takings were probably poor and big boys dont bet on the tote and especially not on place markets. I should think some shrewdies were on though ;) and well done to them!!
