Guest peter orchard Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 Intriguing match-up in Anaheim tonight where the steady, sturdy Colon takes on the A's Tim Hudson. Leaning towards Colon to stifle the Oakland bats and secure the win in a low scoring game. Anaheim Excitement in San Frascisco, too, when ace Schmidt makes his first appearance. Bit early to say anything about his current form obviously but if it's merely a matter of looking for run support then I'd lean to the Giants who will quite likely have Bonds back in the line-up. Otherwise today: Glavine looks to protect his 100% record when the Mets take on Pittsburgh Santana starts for Minnesota. And Oswalt will start for Houston While Detroit will hopefully take the A team to Cleveland to maintain their unbeaten record on the road. Montreal have gone under the total in eight of their nine games this season and haven't scored a run in 33 innings! Montreal @ Philadelphia under? :b Quote
