2damnhype Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 After the carnage of last week's match bets where I didn't get any right (3 of them missed the bloody cut), am only going for one this week. Jeff Sluman to beat Brad Faxon Evens @ Skybet Sluman is one of the most consitent performers around Hilton Head. He has made his last 7 cuts here, has finisehd T10 in his last two starts. Making a lot of cuts this year although not threatening the leaders (tailed off badly last weekend) I went for Faxon last week, he was my only player to make the cut. he has a fairly poor record here, he has missed 2 of the last 5 cuts and it has been 7 years since he posted a top 10 finish. Congrats to Phil Mickelson (and those who backed him at fancy prices earlier this season) for breaking his duck, hopefully it will be the first of many, I was cheering that birdie home despite not having a penny on him - Great stuff.
