Guest Ste
Zimbabwe start their one-day series against Sri Lanka tomorrow and for those of you that don't know the team their putting out is more or less 'rubbish'. Basically Zimbabwe's government (i.e Mugabe) is running their cricket board now and has decided to sack all of the country's leading white players, thus leaving the team to be put out aginst Sri Lanka made up of unheard ofs and kids. see here Zimbabwe would have little chance with a full team against Sri Lanka - with this team they have none. The best offer I can find on this is Eurobet's 1.13 that Sri Lanka win the 5-match series (most bookies seem to go around 1.10 for the first match). It's like buying money. :clap

Guest Postman Pat
Re: The Most One-Sided Cricket Series Ever? Zimbo had the Sri Lankans worried in the first one after racking up 200 and odd. Sri Lanka won on Duckworth Lewis. Betfair chat was a good read with high rollers sweating after dropping loads on Sri Lanka. If u've tons of cash then yeah, easy money. Murali went for over 50 today off his 10. That doesn't happen too often.
dave
Re: The Most One-Sided Cricket Series Ever? Not sure what the odds have been for top Zimbabwe batsman so far, but Taibu is easily the best.
jeffers
The Most One-Sided Cricket Series Ever? 5-0 Sri Lanka, knew about this but completely forgot :( Included a Zimbabwe innings of 35 all out :D Test series coming up so gonna go find a good price for that :P
Guest Ste
Be Careful Jeffers - there's a chance that Zimbabwe could have their proper players back for the Tests, so i'd be wary of backing Sri Lanka massively. Having said that i'd still expect SL to win fairly comfortably, even against a full-strenght team, but i don't think it would be quite as one-sided as the one-dayers.
