US Open: 5th set tiebreaks

Hi Just a quick question...I noticed that one of the first round matches (Rusedski's, I think) was settled by a tiebreak in the fifth set. Do all rounds at the US Open use a fifth set tiebreak, or does is that ditched in later rounds? What about the third set in women's matches? Thanks.
