Suggestion - Trying to avoid the One Hit Wonder Spam Artists

Not sure if it's possible but my suggestion would be to make new users enter a few posts into the General Chat forum or else create a new sub section for new users that they have to post into before they are allowed post anywhere else. I have seen a similar thing on another forum where a new user has to post a certain piece of underlined text contained within the Forum Rules into their own post. The text can be changed at intervals so that posters just don't look at other new user's entries. Maybe have a some sort of format that they have to fill out. It could be moderated every second day as most users have lurked for a while before joining up, so they can wait a little more to post online. This is just to try and dissuade those one hit wonder spam artits :D!
