lay the away team

Hello, I would just like to ask for some advice and would appreciate any input from you pros on this forum. I am interested in betting on outcomes of football matches, where i perceive the away team to have little chance of taking anything from the game, therefore the away team would have win odds in excess of 5/1. for example: away team odds of 6.8 lay odds 7.2 ( liability) £62 to a £10 stake i would ideally like to take some of the risk out of this bet allowing for a 1-0 win (odds of 18.5 in this example) to the away side and staking x amount on this scoreline as insurance. another way of betting on this match i have considered is just laying the draw ( odds of 4.4 in this example) and then backing the 0-0 and 1-1 scorelines (odds of 12.5 and 8.4 respectively), please could anyone tell which approach , if either would be the best to adopt or advise me to a more profitable way of betting this match, i should also point out that i would not be expecting the away team to score more than one goal in the match. thankyou.
