3.20 musselburgh Classic contours has shown some great form this season and seems to be able to handle all ground conditions having won on fast and good to soft ground recently. Ran a good race last time when trying 2m for the first time. jamie kyne back on board and the pair seem to always get on well 0.75pt win 9/2 stanjames bog 4.20 musselburgh Rothesay dancer is effectively 8lb higher when winning cosily at carlisle in similar conditions and running anything like that again he should be about there at a tasty price. 0.5pt e/w 8/1 vcbet bog 4.50 musselburgh Dontpaytheferryman, have tipped this one several times but he has looked capable of landing something like this aswell as being backed heavily suggesting connections feel the same. Has shown some great promise over hurdles if can just convert that to flat would be there, conditions should suit well here today and tylicki taking 3lb off again 0.5pt e/w dontpaytheferryman 9/2 vcbet bog

Re: Musselburgh 23rd Aug 15.20 Musselbrugh - Interdiamonds Drops down in grade today after some impressive form in Class 4 races and a 2nd LTO in a Class 3 handicap over this distance to an impressive Stanstill who completed a hat trick that day. Second time over the trip today and I strongly fancy this horse to win this race fairly easily. Mark Jonston/Joe Fanning are always a good combination in my eyes as well so another positive for me as to why this horse will win today. £1 win @ 5/2 @ WillHill (BOG) 16.20 Musselburgh - Raccoon Has won over course and distance LTO and in the race previous to that (Class 6 and Class 4 races). Up in class today which shouldn't be a problem. Has beaten a few that oppose today including Hypnosis. Raccoon is up 3lbs from that win but Hypnosis is also up 1lb so I think Raccoon will beat Hypnosis today but Hypnosis is not the only danger. I was on Rothesay Dancer LTO but is up 6lbs for the win LTO and feel that might be too much despite a 3lb claimer on board. Fivefootnumberone was only beaten half a length by Raccoon LTO and is now better off in the handicap (was off 76 that day but runs off 73 today, Raccoon ran off 72 that day but runs off 75 today). Overall I feel Raccoon has run very consistent off marks off 72 and 73 so the rise up to 75 shouldn't stop him from winning here today. His form since the beginning of 2009 has been fantastic, hsi form reads 133133242211. £1 win @ 5/1 @ WillHill (BOG) Good luck with Rothesay Dancer chris, won with the horse midweek @ 16/1 so will be a bit sick if he does win today, think this is a much stronger race and have mentioned him in my reasoning for Raccoon.
