Racing Post - all forecast favourites shown above evens in betting forecast. From these, only those shown under "selections" 7 or more times to be considered. From these, the shortest price above evens in the betting forecast to be the selection. In the event of a tie, the selection to be the one with higher number of mentions in selections. Staking plan as in "Fleet's Racing System." Let's see how this one pans out.....
