a bad run....or is there such a thing?

I can't seem to pick nothing at the moment, apart from the odd winner here and there my form is terrible. Nothing is going right, even the good things trade low in running but still get beat or a horse is well backed but finishes out of sight. recently ive had so many horses beat at 1.25 or less in running, ive had 1.01 beating, so many horses for a place trading 1.1 or less beating. :wall does other people find this happens? is it better to go on a break? what do people think? its really getting to me because I know I can make profit just at the moment it ain't happening...I haven't even changed anything so why all of a sudden are they losing :puke any advice? :sad
