Fixed Odds: Correct Score with 2/3 bankers

Morning all, First post from me, however I have read loads of others already this morning. I am after some help. I read a system a while back which was based around selecting 2 or 3 home bankers for football fixed odds coupons. This selection was based on a few bits of criteria (one of which was the HDA scoring of The Sun's tipster on a Tuesday - shown 9-1-0 for example). The process was that the 2/3 home bankers were a treble and were then placed against a blanket 2-1 (or 1-0) in order to multiply against a 6/1 (ish) correct score price. This meant around 50 bets with a reliance on the 2/3 home bankers winning with a handful of correct scorelines more than covering your bet. I used this around 5 times last season, and was successful on only one occasion (more than covering the 5 weeks outlay). Unfortunately as it was quite a complex process of writing the correct terms on the coupon I have forgotten what needed to be done. I now have a more robust, statistical selection programme, meaning that getting 2/3 home bankers is more achieveable. What I am looking for is if anyone knows what I am talking about above and can advise me on the actual process, including the correct wording for the coupon. Once I have this, I am going to have a dry run, and then will post the results as they happen. Thanks in advance James

Re: Fixed Odds: Correct Score with 2/3 bankers I remember this system, financial constraints meant I had to abstain from betting on football for a while but a recent improvement in conditions (basically breaking up with my missus and getting some cash for our house) means I'm going to start having a look at things again. Anyways, the system I'd prefer involves picking three home bankers (how you do this is up to you, I'd simply look at the fixtures and league tables to choose mine). I think the first time I saw this system it favoured results of 1-0, 2-0, and 2-1, but I prefer 1-0, 2-0 and 3-0. Then you simply place a number of trebles backing all 27 possible combination of these results (see below). Scores of 1-0, 2-0 and 3-0 are almost always priced around 6/1 or 11/2, so you should see a return of around 275 units per 1 unit stake if you manage to get a successful combination of three of the results. This could go as high as 343 units if you get three 1-0's. :ok The only downside is it's pretty time-consuming to place these bets, doing it online will be a bit quicker than in a bookies. I'd favour 27 bets of 10p, which will only set you back £2.70 and could net you over £34.
