Sitting at home bored so im gonna have a crack at Lingfield tomorrow see if I can find any winners with a mixture of fancied runners and outsiders so here’s hoping! <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

12.20 Lingfield

Tricky little nursery with a few unproven types and some more exposed. After going through the form the two I like are Cool Art and Rocoppelia. Cool Art has a penalty after his last win but this will hopefully be offset in some way by the 7 pound claimer on board. (if this jockey is useless someone please inform me!) I normally don’t like backing any horse with a claimer on board but the fact that his win was over CD and hes now 2/2 at the course makes me fancy his chances.

Rocoppelia is somewhat of an unknown type, but in 2 of 3 races so far he seemed to be doing the best of his work in the latter stages of the races and 6f seemed to sharp. He may be getting the hang of things now and stepped up in trip he may have a squeak. I would like to see some money for this horse before I part with any cash so we’ll just have to wait and see.

My negatives for the other market principles-

Our day will come - seems like he tries but im having doubts about his battling qualities in the final few furlongs. It’s a game – Won over 6f at kempton but weakened inside final furlong previous start, got bad run the last day but I don’t think he would have won anyway. Quick Single – Showed nothing over CD LTO even though missed the break but seems like more suited by 6f to me. Common Diva – RP tips this one up but I just cant be having a horse that was sent of at 50/1 LTO and seemed outpaced.

So my selection is Cool Art with a saver on Rocoppelia if theres money for him

Not even really gonna try and sort out this mess of a race, just had a look at few of them and gonna have a very (very tiny) tentative bet on the bottom weight Ericarrow E/W. He won a 3yo seller way back a few months ago over CD by an impressive 7L (field was very poor though). There is a lot of dirt in this field and he might have a chance if can roll back the months, and being a 3yo he may have some enthusiasm left in him.
