They aren't losing anything, so they might as well try to build up an big stack early and go from there. What's the best way to play them? Tighter + more agressively than normal? I don't like giving free cards if I think I'm leading the hand although I would make an exception if I feel a free card is very unlikely to hurt me and might encourage an opponent to bet.
