Rating Lays

This is an attempt to look at RP forecast favourites in small fields and either back or lay them. This is largely based on where they figure in my own ratings as with my other threads. I also consider whether I think, based on the forecast price, if they represent value to me. That is a totally subjective opinion. I haven't decided on staking or odds ceilings or the like but will post for now and monitor.
