Re: Lingfield 28/02/08 3.10 Lingfield....Carcinetto Well this is damn hard handicap to even try to sort out so bet will be very small. Pace should come from Carcinello and Lawyers choice while the rest of the field seem to prefer being held up. A lot depends on whether these 2 go at it from the start and set it up for the rest of the field. Im gonna take a chance and say they wont as Carcinetto can also win from being handy and Lawyers choice should lead. Think then that these 2 might have the race to themselves in this small field and Carcinetto's recent form is the best. (Has been competing in a lot tougher races recently) 4.10 Lingfield....Fusili Tipped this up last week when coming second but just could'nt get to maslak who got first run on him. Has 2 pounds in hand over that rival today and had he not had to race much wider than maslak last week he would have won. Has won off a 10lb higher mark than this in the past so ability is there. I think its now or never (pretty bullish) for this horse as long as he gets a bit of luck in running. 4.40 Lingfield....Kiedas Taking a bit of a chance with this one as he has no Course form to his name and has never gone this far. But he does go well fresh and C F Wall has a good record around here with this type. Could be anything. 5.10 Lingfield...Salt of the Earth 3yr old handicap so most of the horses could be in with a shout. Gonna go with the stats again in this race as TerryMills has a brilliant strike rate with 3yr olds around here. Papers will probably say this one is ungenuine after 2 expensive defeats but I just think that 6f was too sharp for it, getting outpaced in defeat and the extra 2 furlongs could be just what it needs to top the podium. But once again like for all the races (apart from fusili), very hard to be confident.
