Ace123
How do you calculate the odds if you want to do a treble bet? i know there are calculators to do this for you on the net but i want to know the actual calculation behind this. for eg, if the odds for home wins for 3 matches are 1.83, 2.5 and 2. and you want to bet on all home wins the calculator spits out an overall odds of 9.15. I want to know how 9.15 is derived. Thanks in advance
slapdash
Re: Betting Accumulator Calculator Just multiply together the individual odds: 1.83 x 2.5 x 2 = 9.
madnesstiger
Re: Betting Accumulator Calculator Obviously the same applies for fourfolds, fivefolds and so on. This is where you can pocket a huge payout if you can predict six or seven home wins. Seven home 'favourites' in football matches could win more than you may imagine. Here's an example using typical home 'favourites' odds: 2.05 * 1.72 * 1.85 * 1.80 * 1.53 * 1.91 * 1.66 Would payout £56.96 for just a £1 bet. Coincidentally, this is pretty much the same odds as winning £10 in the UK Lotto with a single ticket. Which do you thnk is easier... predicting 3 numbers in the Lotto, or predicting 7 fairly 'straight-forward' home wins??!! ;)
Cassius Marcellus
Re: Betting Accumulator Calculator Some lucky bastard on Ceefax last week, 31, yes 31. home wins in a £1 acca, copped £7k.

There`s always some surprise in the hood, even when you bet acca 10 bankers one of them will fail you
