Zamboozle 3.25 Kempton An interesting listed race with a few progressive types and unbeaten horses in the field. Deep Purple hasn't put a foot wrong over hurdles and has won all 3 starts while Alsadaa has also won its first 2 hurdles starts. French Opera finished 2nd behind a red hot Nicholls odds on shot and certainly has a chance. Zamboozle has had 2 hurdle runs finishing 3rd and 1st and jumped fluently and made smooth progress through the race. It went clear and beat Zero by 5 lengths which re opposes today. All the horses mentioned are stepping up in class but the prices are very different: French Opera 13-8 Deep Purple 2-1 Zero 10-1 Alsadaa 10-1 Zamboozle 12-1 I'm willing to give Zamboozle a chance and the trainer has a good record here in recent seasons. The price looks too big to ignore and worth some each way support.

Re: EW Fancies - Sun 21/10/07 Alsadaa 12/1 3.25 Kempton On direct and collateral formlines looks best of the outsiders in this race. Acts on sharp tracks and comments from race readers suggest this is a natural jumper. N.B Alsadaa and Zamboozle are both available at odds around 20/1 on the exchanges I've taken small bets on both these overprices(IMO)
