Re: EW Fancies 29/08/07 Guarantia 5.10 Kempton Has faded in its races over 7f and 1m but connections seem to have aimed this too high and it now has a high handicap mark that it's finding hard to win off. Went from 3rd in a maiden to 3rd in a listed race then 9th of 9 and 9th of 10 in listed and class 2 company. Finally won last time out in a class 5 maiden and had Ryan Moore on board that day who takes the ride again. Went off as 4/5 fav in that race and though up in class again to class 3 may be in the right mood to win again. Has only had a short lay off and considering it's run at odds on it seems overpriced with expected SP of 20-1 and has placed course form from it's debut. I don't see the drop to 6f being too much of an inconvenience considering those runs where it has faded over 7f before.
