Another massey system

OK, I don`t know if this has been tried before but I`m sure someone will tell me if so. It`s a very simple system manufactured from the Brilliant stats of Adrian Massey, This will only be a paper trail at first and i may add some filters along the way depending on its success. here are the rules: 1) Consider all races where the TOP Rated Horse has a higher rating than all other contenders MAX RATING and the points difference(in brackets) gives you the strength of the selection. 2) 10pts Staked on each selection.
