Reasoning	One of the few to have any decent recent form. Beat Diego Cao 3 runs ago and that boosted form by running a great race to finish 2nd at Aintree last weekend. Kept fitness up with a run on the flat over 2 miles and finished 4th. Highest ever handicap mark but capable of winning off it today. Has won at class 3 level, ground and trip no problem and worthy favourite.

Re: Fridays NAPS hereford 6.00 gabier (expected SP 9/4) improving hurdler who has won twice since stepping up to this distance (lto under todays jockey) and is the only one to have won at this distance from the field. Responds well to the conditions and trainer in form. Main danger is hot zone being the jonjo/mccoy double, but this should only serve to keep gabiers price higher than it should be. (gabier also highlighted as a discard in my lay down and die thread)
