GaF
Re: Poker magazines Subscriptions are the best :ok You can get a 12 issue subscription to Poker Player for £5 through the APAT web site. 12 issue Inside Poker Subscriptions are quite widely available at £7.50 You can get a free 3 issue sample of Flush magazine here: http://www.flush-mag.co.uk/purplelounge/ Afraid I've never read Bluff Europe, so cant comment on that :$ Definitely prefer PokerPlayer and Inside Poker over Flush Magazine though.... philossify
Re: Poker magazines Definitely prefer PokerPlayer and Inside Poker over Flush Magazine though.... Yep, my free first issue of Flush Magazine (#18) was a disappointment. Lots of pretty girls :clap :clap :clap but not much in the way of exclusive freerolls. If next two aren't any better then I won't be subscribing even if the subscription is deeply discounted from the £2.50 cover price.
GaF
Re: Poker magazines Yes - I've had the first 4 issues of my 3 issue trial now :loon They do seem intent on capturing the "Lad" market!!! If I want that I'll buy Maxim or similar, not a poker mag!!!!
Valiant23
Re: Poker magazines Which is the best one for an 'experienced novice' like me? Where do you get them from i havent seen too many in whsmiths...If you want to see a decent range of poker magazines then get down to your local casino where they give them away free. Before I did this I thought Poker Player was the be all and end all but having read most of the others I can see that they all offer something different. Altough 24 months is only 23.

goater14
Re: Poker magazines i subscribe to pokerplayer and inside poker, I prefer pokerplayer they have more reader interaction with comps freerolls etc. Inside poker is probaly a bit more serious still a good read though, both good value if you subscribe to them. {cheaper than the junk the wife buys!]
happyhornet
Re: Poker magazines Agree with what Goater said, both Poker Player and Inside Poker are excellent. I also subscribe to WPT magazine. Would recommend either of the first two over it, but is okay.
