The Sand King
A nice looking Leicester card, try these: Leicester 17:40 Sound Of Nature(Nap) seems to be thrown in off 73 to me, and is taken to kick start Henry Cecil's season. Travelled wonderfully well during his maiden at Windsor last time out, whilst it took a while for the penny to drop; ran out a nice winner in the end. Open to bags of improvement, this Lockinge entrant can make his class pay. Leicester 17:05 Dig Gold (Nb) Not a maiden with any strength in depth, and for that reason this debutante with a derby entry should prove good enough, as Malcolm Jarvis is more than capable of readying a newcomer. Leicester 15:55 Zar Solitaro Battle hardened from a great all weather campaign, I'm not about to desert this Mark Johnston trained colt just yet, who appears to have plenty more improvement to come. Metamorphic is the danger however, and could be just about anything, and may prove a genuine dark horse for the Derby, but will need to win here if that's the case. :hope TSK

Absolutely agree with this one .. 5.40 Leicester - Sound Of Nature Landed a modest maiden when breaking his duck on soft ground at Windsor at the back end of last year. Starts life in handicaps off a mark of 73. It would be disappointing if he didn't find further improvement on today's quicker terrain. Keen sort who should be suited by drop in trip. mileni4uk
Re: Leicester 12/04 Sport Horse Racing Event 2.10 Leicester Selection Turn And River (Each-Way) Strength 3/10 Date 12/04/2007 Bookmaker/Price Betfred @ 11.00 (Back) Reasoning Green in the preliminaries and in the race but showed ability on racecourse debut when close second of those to race on the stands side in Brocklesby. Capable of an improvement and should go close today.
mileni4uk
Re: Leicester 12/04 Sport Horse Racing Event 2.10 Leicester Selection Kersaint (Each-Way) Strength 3/10 Date 12/04/2007 Bookmaker/Price Paddy Power @ 13.00 (Back) Reasoning First foal of a 1m winner in France. Stable has a good record with debutants. The edigree suggests that he will be suited by further in due course. But there is a much of interest on this racecourse debut. Worth a small e/w nibble.
