kevshat Posted January 25, 2007 Share Posted January 25, 2007 I don't normally bet on qualifying matches but this one jumped out at me. 10pts R.Hull to beat D.Henry 8/11 Sporting Odds Robin Hull is having a fairly decent season for a guy with a ranking as low as his. He's made 2 tournament venues already having qualified for the Grand Prix and the UK Championship. Drew Henry in contrast is having a shocking season. The only matches he's won all season were 2 round robin qualifying matches for the Grand Prix, anything best of 9 and he's yet to win this season. He also got tonked 2 weeks ago 5-0 by Andrew Higginson scoring only 71 points in the entire match. In the UK Championship, Robin Hull saw off Nigel Bond with ease and it took the world champion in superb form to halt his run. Confidence has to be lacking with Henry now and Hull is a heavy enough scorer to despatch of the Scot here. Match begins at 10am. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
