Spider Boy 3.50 Fontwell Reported to have run a blinder on return to hurdles and would have won had it not been for mistake late on. Lower mark now and also 3lb claimer on board. Back over fences and due to go up 4lb. Will go close.

Reasoning	Going for the hat-trick after two good wins returning to Hurdling. Clear by 11 lengths when finished LTO and looks to be schooled well now back over hurdles. Record with Sam Thomas is 2.1.6.1.4.PU.2.4.1 and that’s 3 wins out of its 8 overall wins. Should not be bothered by the ground and should not have a problem with the distance. Farthest trip to date but only failed to finish twice in 21 events, pulling up at the Racing Post Chase Class 1 at Sandown and was a faller and PU on its first two career starts. Much more experienced now and should get its second career hat trick.
