I get the feeling that its either Russia or Norway that are gonna win this. Hungary and Denmark might give them a good descent fight.

Sweden - Ukraine Sweden has the home-field advantage and should to the job here, otherwise it's a typical 50-50 match with both team with same talent. Sweden - 2.05 @ Centrebet & Expekt 5/10 Norway - Slovenia Norway won last EC but where a disaster in WC mostly because of injuries on important players. My guess is that they wanna show what they are capable of immediatly. Norway -5.5 hcp 1.70 @ Expekt 7/10 Germany - Poland Germany ain't to be trusted but they got motivation and class and should win this pretty easy. Germany -3.5 hcp 1.70 @ Expekt 5/10 Russia - Croatia Russia won WC and they are even better now and big favorites to win EC as well. Croatia hasn't talent enough to keep up with them. Anything but Russia trashing them is a big suprise. Russia -6.5 hcp 1.70 @ Gamebookers 7/10 Spain - Netherlands Must win situation for Spain as they are in a shitty group. If they win this they will finish 3rd. The dutch have injuries and are out-of-form so its perfect opportuniy for them. If they loose they better start packing their bags after the match. Spain -2.5 hcp 1.85 @ Centrebet, Expekt & Gamebookers 5/10 Denmark - France Denmark has always enjoyed playing vs France and they got six straight wins even though it was a while ago they last met. Denmark should win this but I'm not confident that they are going to cover the hcp as France has some talent in the team and could give them a descent fight. France +3.5 hcp 1.95 @ Centrebet & Expekt 4/10 Note that Serbia has problems with injuries and players that left the team because the team was too lousy, and I dont know if Hungary will be able to cover the big hcp vs Austria. Austria where bad at the frendlies before the EC but I found out that they rested most of their best played and it's easy to be tricked by those kind of results. If this doesn't turn out good I'm gonna stop betting on Handball. GL Everybody

Re: Handball - European Championship Women 2006 I agree with most of the picks, but my policy is to never bet on the first round of any big competition - too mamy upsets. To remind you of one of them... heard of a fella who put almost his full paycheck on a SWE - Trinidad game at World cup - of course on Sweden win, and we all know what the end result was.
