Re: Basketball: Euroleague Round 6 Weekend recap: Again not to good with 1-2 record. Zagreb played well and lost only by 3 pts, and covered the +11,5 handicap, Olimpija – Split game was the tightest possible loss of them all, going over by 0,5 pts (85-71 @ FT) and Zadar missed out the handicap by 3 pts.

EL teams:

Followed the other games in the Euro leagues. As predicted there was quite few surprises, so i am still very sceptical about betting on those competitions.

The bigest upset IMO was in the Greek championship where Olympiakos lost at home against Aris 70-76 and enlisted their second succesive defeat – so they might be very motivated in the coming EL match against Dynamo Moscow. Pana won easily away against Panelinios 57-83

Germany: Energie Cologne managed to win their home game against Braunshweig by fantastic performance in last Q (22-8) by two points with the end result 80-78.

In Lega A, the derby between EL teams Lottomatica and Benetton vas won by Treviso team by one point 66-67. Benetton made remarkable comeback, after losing by 10 after third Q, and winning the last Q by 20-9. A tipical under game, and that might be the logical choice to bet on in their games against Unicaja (Lottomatica) and Orthez (Benetton). Third Italian EL team won against Legea Scafati (5-3 prior to the game) with 92-82.

In ACB league Unicaja lost their home game against Valencia 58-64, Barcelona lost heavily against Real Madrid 90-73 and TAU won against lowly Menorca (2-7) with 75-80.

Turkey – Efes won again, and scored 88 pts in their away win against Oyak Renault (3-4), so its possible that Efes is finding the scoring form, after their defeat of Olympiakos – the game in which they scored 95 pts. Updated results of EL teams:
