Had to convert 2.00 pts into 10.00 pts - 1.00 into 5.00 pts Win: 2:40 | Sand | Bannister Lane (10.00 pts) 4:35 | Leic | Sargasso Sea (10.00 pts) 2:20 | Leic | Jack Fuller (5.00 pts) 3:00 | Ayr | See You There (5.00 pts) 3:15 | Sand | Inca Trail (5.00 pts) 4:10 | Ayr | Skenfrith (5.00 pts) 4:45 | Ayr | Datbandito (2.00 pts) - Bannister Lane Its last races was won by margin of 14 lengths and been running well all year. Having done that on a similar course it might be a good preparation for today’s race. The trainers last runner here finished 3rd out of 5 only behind by less than two lengths in a Class 1 race. Both Alphabetical and Bannister each had impressive victories from their last race but I find Bannister’s to be more difficult and should really upset Alphabetical today. Sargasso Sea Raced well last time when finishing 2nd at Wincanton early this year. Trainer’s had a couple of runner in the past week at similar courses. This one have been running os heavier grounds and should be able to handle today’s going. Also, it looks to be in form again after a bad stretch of races in 2004 and early 2005. The other 3 runners might have problems with the going and this one should not bother it. Jack Fuller Had a very good win at this very track and distance just over three weeks ago giving it its first win in one run with the new trainer. Usually performs better when there are less runners on the field. Today is one of those times and the thought the 2nd win in the 2nd try is not too far fetched. Just about the same race from last time. The same result is to be determined. See You There Really raced been racing well since its debut a year ago but have made some errors in the last two. It does have its last best finish here in the beginning of the year and won its debut one year to today. Distance is not a problem here and its main danger, Ever Present, have never ran this far. Ever’s trainer did have a good winner from similar trip but its raced in farther trips that ever present. See You There’s drop back in this Class and the performance last time here (same trip) can take this away from the rest. Not a bad one year to the day present if it wins. Inca Trail Handed Back Nine the 2nd place position when both raced two weeks ago here. Nicholls and Snowden has a very good strike rate together (5 wins in 11 chase races the last 5 years) Inca Trail is really the best here despite who is riding. With its last win from the last race, must go with this here to win even with the low price. Skenfrith Won here from a lower Class race but proved it can handle this track. With the same jockey from last time and has the same weight. Could be the winner here if able to do what it did last time. Its trainer is doing well this month and the jockey might just have recently found the way to success at this course. An open looking race but this one might have the advantage from its latest victory. Datbandito Its trainer is very successful here I think it can make this into a winner today. Lungos lone runner this month won very nicely and it could be only the beginning of many more. The jockey is not having the greatest time but managed to win here in the past. The rest on the field does not look to intimidating and anyone can take this. One of the best races Datbandito performed is at this track and really just hoping it’s well trained for today. The low eight looks could also help this today.
