Win: 3:50 | TowC | Gardasee (2.00 pts stkd) 2:30 | Font | Bold Bishop (1.00 pts stkd) Each-Way: 3:20 | TowC | Monty Be Quick (3 places - 1/5 odds) (1.00 pts stkd) - Gardasee Should be the easiest winner of the day - going against a field with few winners. Livingonaknifedge and Major Catch are the obvious challengers. I don’t think Living can handle this track even with Johnson on board. But Major Catch is the one that can win if Gardasee falls or some disaster happens. Major can handle this track but may need a bit farther to win here. On Gardasee’s side, this is the perfect distance and can handle this track easily. Also has Dobbin on board who if does has won most of the races that he’s finished in almost two weeks – have pulled up 7 times and was unseated once in the last 23 - 8 wins in 15 finished races. Bold Bishop Have won its last two races but have not raced since November 2005. Le Volfoni is a big danger but I believe it can Bold can handle it. Le’s rider have not been the greatest but has the most experience in this field. I’d go with Le if the rider is doing better than whats been done lately. Bold should be well rested and trained. Also has a challenger from the same stable that may encourage this to run better than the rest. Monty Be Quick One win for the career and it came at the very place it’s running at today. The lone win came in May last year - it was the same distance of today’s race. Followed by four poor runs, it’s not back here once again. Its trainer has not been around but the rider is having a good streak of good runs this month. Poste have four wins since Feb. 12 and have finished 3rd or better in 7 of 11 races this month. The jock may give Monty a good race, might not win it but very possible of placing.
