NBA Friday 4th

Miami down....I guess when you miss 15 FT's (and surprisingly few by Shaq!), and your starting PF goes 1-6 from 3 point land (Doesn anyone else think that Walker would be a very good player if he had a brain??!!), you aren't going to win too many games. 1-2 (-1.07) Memphis -2.5 (1.96) League: 8-22-1 (Av. loss 6.0) home 4- dog, 1 day rest off 10+ ats loss as home 5+ dog. [Orl] 5-18 (Av.loss 7.4) if total 180+ 2-10 (Av. loss 10.0) if opp is off an ats loss. Memphis have won 5 of the last 6 meetings between the teams, inc. 2 of last 3 @ Orlando, both as dogs, and coming off a horrible 34.1% shooting performance v. Miami, they will appreciate the lack of (esp. interior) defense from Orlando. Memphis and me both will be upset if they lose this one! :wall New York -4 (1.93) League: 7-16-1 (Av. loss 3.6) away 4- dog, 1 day off a 10- ats win as away 4- fav. [Wash] 3-11 (Av. loss 5.4) if opp is off an ats loss. 1-8 (Av. loss 6.4) if opp is off an away ats loss. NY shot just 18/33 FT's (while Boston shot 35/47!!! Home town refs anyone?! :unsure ), where out-rebounded 57-41 and still made it to OT in Boston. Brown will have spent the last 2 days drilling the importance of team disipline, which could well make all the difference against Washington who are a poor rebounding team themselves. Larry Brown's first official 'home' game, full house, Friday night...Tough to see the 'Knicks dropping this one. (They've beaten Washington the last 3 home meetings by an av. of 7.3, but with a pretty different team it has to be said.)

Re: NBA Friday 4th 76ers v Bobcats 76ers go into this game 0-2 but its not all doom and gloom Iverson is still averaging over 30 pts pg But they will need to sort out the 3pt shooting (none were made against the Pistons) If Webber can sort his game out then the 76ers will win this.. 76ers won all 3 games last year including a 112-80 thrashing 76ers -8.5 21/20 bet365 5pts Football-Tipper;)
