These two matches tonight

21:05 Philadelphia Phillies - Miami Marlins 1.91 1.96 22
23:35 Philadelphia Phillies - Miami Marlins 2.1 1.78 16

Same teams play each other twice in a night. Why?

Also I often see team A, the favourites beat team B. A few hours later they play each other again but team B are favourites. I don't get it.
