chris34
4.50 Leicester Some pretty uncompetitive stuff at Leicester this afternoon in what is likely to be some extremely testing conditions. Call Out Lord won at Ffos Las on soft ground over 71/2F for Heather Dalton but failed to build on that next time out over a mile again at Ffos Las on heavy ground, showed little for new yard the last twice but with a yard that will get more out of him yet I am sure, De Sousa a strong booking too. Gannicus is more than capable off this sort of mark one would think however this ground is likely to be too testing today. Bakht A Rawan wasn’t beaten far on heavy ground at Epsom last summer off this mark and anywhere near that level of form will give him a shout in this field. Save The Bees looks a huge price, he is versatile ground wise and could get a soft lead in this field and stays much further than this so could easily draw the sting out of this field. Not the best handicapped although only a 1lb above last winning mark, could run well at a big price under an inexperienced apprentice claiming a useful 7lb. 2pt Save The Bees To Place 11/2 Hills 0.5pt win Save The Bees 16/1 bet365 6.50 Wolverhampton Really competitive sprint handicap, Secret Asset has been in good form this year on the polytrack, including a win over 5f at Lingfield on penultimate start in visor with Baker in the saddle. Good second last time out off revised mark over this CD in cheekpieces with apprentice back in the saddle, up a further 2lb today but Baker back in the saddle and visor also returns everything points to another big run. Still very well handicapped on his very best form and well drawn to sit behind the pace. 1pt e/w Secret Asset 12/1 bet365
