2.30 Lingfield Highly Likely has been running to an ok level, but was some way below his best last time out and needs to find more on return to handicap off a higher mark. Divine Rule has dropped to a good mark but has shown little spark of late and more needed before backing. Of the rest few make any appeal at all and Abigails Angel might be worth risking once again. She has her quirks these days but usually runs to a level good enough to win a race of this nature. She remains 17lb below last winning mark and latest run was best effort by a long way for some time only just failing to see out the race. 2pt win Abigails Angel 11/4 bet365 3.50 Kempton Leonard Thomas is an obvious starting point having a very unexposed profile, he won on debut around here over 7f last October. Has had 2 runs since maiden win and clearly had problems but latest run shows he retains ability however he has twice hung left at Lingfield and not looked entirely straightforward. May be worth a try back here but clearly risky at a skinny price. The one that has a little more value in him may well be Little Buxted who has gone close on a number of occasion off this mark, couldn’t quite reel in the leaders last time out and finished infront of Leonard Thomas by ¾ length. Buxted is up a 1lb for that effort but there is a much bigger gap in the market than I would expect and should go close again at a price I’m happy to take a risk at. 2pt win Little Buxted 7/1 bet365
