Season preview: 2pts ew J.Day to win PGA Tour Money List 25/1 Bet365 (1/4 1-4) Jason Day was plagued by injuries last year which restricted him to just 15 starts but he won the Accenture Matchplay on one of those starts and was deeply involved in the USPGA for long periods. He has a good record in the majors and will be key to make up for lost time in 2015 so fitness permitting we may even see him add a couple of tournaments to his schedule. He had a strong playoff series at the end of last season and he’s a player who I think will win a major sooner or later. Even though he played just 15 events he was still in the top 10 of the FedEx Cup standings and in the top 20 on the money list last season so a healthier Day can improve on that and go close to topping the money list here. 1pt ew B.Snedeker to win PGA Tour Money List 80/1 Stan James (1/4 1-4) At a bigger price Brandt Snedeker is begging to be backed at 80/1. Last season was a write off for Snedeker as he struggled with his game and especially his putter in the first half of the year but from the US Open onwards his game really came back to life to give us the belief that he could be back to the form which saw him end in the top five in the 2012 and 2013 seasons. Snedeker had a poor playoff series but prior to that had finished the regular season with three top 15 finishes and was in the top 10 of the US Open earlier in the year. With his putter coming back to form I expect much bigger things from Snedeker in 2015 and he’s far too good to be 80/1 should he rediscover his very best form.
