Newmarket 3:50 - Betfred Cambridgeshire(HERITAGE HANDICAP) (2) 1m1f John Gosden has won this race three times in the past and although Cornrow is a short price, he is a horse that has to be respected. The 4 year old colt out of New Approach won three races in a row at Kempton twice and Haydock and then travelled very well into the race over 7 furlongs when 3rd behind Safety Check at Ascot. He is sure to appreciate the step up in trip and probably deserves the favourites tag in what is a real puzzle to try work out. Educate won this race last year but he has the burden of top weight to contend with here which will be tough. Overall I am happy with a small each-way bet on Extremity who is bang in form and has conditions to suit. Re: Flat Racing > Saturday September 27th Newmarket 3:10 - Connolly's Red Mills Cheveley Park Stakes(Group 1) (1) 6f One positive for Anthem Alexander is she was conceding 3 pounds to Tiggy Wiggy when they met in the Lowther but the stiffer track here is not a certainty to suit at all. The French raider is an interesting contender, High Celebrity, trained by the charismatic Andre Fabre. The 2 year old filly out of Invincible Spirit didn't run up to scratch when she finished 2nd behind Arabian Queen at long odds on here at Newmarket in a Group 2 back in July. She went on to win a Chantilly Group 3 comfortably last time out but again I don't think she has what it takes to beat an on song Tiggy Wiggy and my money has gone on the Hannon horse to quite large stakes.
