Bookies who put their prices up quickest

Hi, I'm with skybet (found their football odds to be better) and find that they're pretty slow to put their prices on for racing the following day and often don't give a price until 8am. In their favour, skybet does seem to have a best odds guaranteed policy (BOG). I've noticed on the bbotd thread people quoting prices from much earlier. Are there any bookies who put their odds up earlier but who also have a BOG policy?
