Laying the unhappy horse under 10/1

Rules: Lay the horse that feels uncomfortable if available under 10/1 before the off. Bets are posted before the off. A horse should be disadvantaged, if it feels fear or is nervous, is sweating heavily and so on. I guess a human being with a hangover is not able to bring full ability in action, similar to horses. Exchange odds are often influenced by form of horses, say a really strong favourite and horse is gambled down the whole day. 5 minutes before the race you see the horse reluctant lethargic and the eyes shine nervousness fear. The odds begin to drift but you can still Lay at a much shorter price, than the true chance is. The horse normally wont show in any way its full potential under these circumstances.
