Both sides play in the Azerbaijani second league. What shoves me toward the unders here is that the last five head to heads between these two have ended under 2.5 goals. Qaradag Lokbatan have only conceded one goal in six league games and average just over two goals a game so far. I believe the overs are favoured because Qaradag Lokbatan are huge favourites and where a side is expected to win there is often an expectation that goals will follow.
