SolitaryMan Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 Hi, I see it quite a bit where the official distance called, just doesn't seem to match what I see on the screen. Latest example I think was in the 7:30 last night @ Southwell where Madieta Girl won. Now, to me it looks like 2 lengths, but yet it was called 1 & 3/4: Perhaps not the best example, as I tend to forget the ones long since passed. Anyway, wondering what others make of official distance calls at racetracks and if anyone has examples of times when the winning distance didn't (in their opinion at least) match the official distance.
