Miami (Florida) - 3.5 @ 2.22 pinnacle Massive come from behind win by Miami over Georgia Tech as they had 436 passing yards and 173 rushing yards in the 42-36 win over them. Their balanced attack was also productive in another road game against Boston College as they had 207 passing yards and 208 rushing yards in that game. North Carolina State has really only had one competitive match which was the opening week 35-21 loss at home to Tennessee as they allowed 333 passing yards and 191 rushing yards in that game. Like Miami's balanced offence here to be able to get quite a few yards in this game, and points as well. Defensively, Miami has allowed 441 passing yards and 101 rushing yards against Boston College, and 132 passing yards and 287 rushing yards to Georgia Tech. North Carolina State had 288 passing yards and 119 rusing yards in that game. Like the Miami run game to produce a similar result as in the Boston College game, and while they do give up passing yards, like them to do enough to ensure that they do not get blown out here Clemson -9.5 @ 2.00 pinnacle Clemson ran into a very good Florida State side in the 49-37 loss to them with the offence doing exceptionally well against a very good defence but let down by the defence. They had 290 passing yards and 136 rushing yards in the game, and expect them to do even better here against a Boston College defence that is not as good as FSU. BC lost 41-32 to Miami (Florida) at home in the opening week as they allowed 207 passing yards and 208 rushing yards, while they also allowed 267 passing yards and 293 rushing yards in the 22-13 road loss to Northwestern. Clemson has too many good players in the skills positions and expect them to dominate on offence here. The key is then how the defence bounces back from allowing 380 passing yards and 287 rushing yards to FSU. BC has a better offence than in previous years as they had 441 passing yards and 101 rushing yards in the loss to Miami as well as 291 passing yards and just 25 rushing yards in the loss to Northwestern. They do not have the balance on offence that Clemson has, and doubt that their offence can keep up with them. Like Clemson to bounce back in this key ACC match up Georgia -13.5 @ 1.96 pinnacle Georgia offence has been clicking as they have scored at least 41 points in each of their four wins this season and they should be in the groove to do the same with Florida. In last weeks 48-3 win over Vanderbilt, they had 265 passing yards and 3-2 rushing yards, and like their balanced offence to do to them what Florida did to Tennessee's defence. Tennessee were easily handled by Florida as they allowed 219 passing yards and 336 rushing yards in the 27-20 home loss to them. Georgia's offence looks even better and they like to make the big plays while Tennessee's defence has tended to give up these big plays. Tennessee had 257 passing yards and 83 rushing yards against Florida and will not have it easy scoring on this Georgia defence that allowed 231 passing yards and 106 rushing yards to Vanderbilt. Also with a couple of their key defensive players likely to come back from suspension, then they will be even harder to beat here. Boise State -27.5 @ 2.14 pinnacle Boise State's offence have had their problems finishing off their drives but like them to do well here as this New Mexico defence is not as good as what they had prevously seen with Michigan State and BYU. NM have allowed 285 passing yards and 146 rushing yards in the 45-0 road loss to Texas while they also allowed 377 passing yards and 325 rusing yards in the 49-14 loss at Texas Tech. Harper had 116 of the 135 rushing yards against a pretty good BYU rush defence and should have it much easier here running on this porous defence. NM had just 35 passing yards and 206 rushing yards in the loss to Texas and 43 passing yards and 84 rushing yards in the loss to Texas Tech. They are up against a good Boise State defence that allowed just 145 passing yards and 116 rushing yards to BYU, especially in allowing the one TD which came late in the game. Would not be surprised that this defence creates some turnovers here to help with the scoring. Florida State -17.5 @ 2.11 pinnacle Florida State had a big win over Clemson last week as their defence had 380 passing yards and 287 rushing yards in the 49-37 win over them. Manuel had the offence clicking and no reason why it cannot continue to click here as they look to preserve their number four ranking. South Florida allowed 277 passing yards and 147 rushing yards in the 23-13 home loss to the Rutgers but this FSU offence has more talent spread around to be able to register even better numbers here. FSU have one of the best defences in the nation, and they allowed just 290 passing yards and 136 rushing yards to one of the better offences in the nation. They should have an easier time of it against a South Florida offence that had 242 passing yards and 95 rushing yards in the loss to Rutgers. QB Daniels threw 3 INTs and this FSU defence has the speed and power to put pressure on him and force him to into making mistakes. FSU look too good on both sides of the ball here. Alabama -31.5 @ 2.07 pinnacle Alabama continues to be a juggernaut as their defence is ferocious while they continue to score poitns from very good field position. Alabama have scored at least 35 points in winning their four games and beating teams like Michigan and Arkansas. They should do well on this Mississippi defence that allowed Texas to pass for 326 yards and run for another 350 yards in the 66-31 home loss to them. Alabama have averaged 221 passing yards and 204 rushing yards in their games, and such is the leads they get, they do tend to bring their reserves in the last quarter to give them much needed experience Alabama's defence has allowed just 21 points in 4 games with two shutouts, and had they not put their reserves in, then they would have shut out FAU last week as well. They allow an average of 123 passing yards and 62 rushing yards per game, and like them to contain Mississippi, who had 229 passing yards and 170 rushing yards against Texas, and this Alabama defence is a much better unit than Texas. Record: 20-31 (-10.61)
